I have had the blessing to take my first steps into yoga and meditation with these 2 amazing beings! They know how to transmit their love for yoga ...through their art of speaking about it, breaking down the poses so that you understand its key components and masterfully bringing it back together in a flowy sequence. Me and my partner had some incredible yoga sessions with the jewel of yoga power couple Jenny and Igor. They are absolutely inspiring. Igor also introduced us to meditation and breathwork in such a wonderful way.

I also highly recommend Igor as a shiatsu therapist, it’s simply amazing how healing his treatments are. Some examples of the issues he resolved regarding my physical health:

1. Sciatica during my pregnancy

2. Blocked nerve in my lower back

3. Pain issues caused through a discal hernia after a sport accident.

4. Pain issues caused by scoliosis

Not to speak of the mental relaxation that follows such a treatment. Treat yourself to any of the healing and mind opening experiences with the jewel of yoga, you will feel blessed for sure.

I discovered yoga 8 years ago through jenny and Igor, the people behind the jewel of yoga. I have never experienced anything as honest and profound as I did with them. down-to-earth, genuine and with incredible wisdom, they pass on tools to be able to do good for oneself. and even if you know how to do good for yourself, you learn something new every time. they have an incredible charisma because they are so modest and unbiased. to this day, I keep coming back to them. I love these people and the experiences they allow me to have with myself through their instructions. I am so grateful I had the chance to meet them!
