I've been working with Igor for a while now and I was able to do Yoga, Breathwork and Shiatsu in private sessions and participated in two Weekend-Workshops. I feel change on many levels and I am super grateful for the support in this life-changing process of searching and development. I can definitely recommend the jewel of Yoga and I'm curious to see what the future will bring :-) !
